  • UPDATE: TECHNICIAN RESLOVED THE CASE, ALL SERVICE NOW BACK TO NORMAL.

     

     

     

    Dear Customers,

     

    Please be inform that one of the KUL1 Datacenter Network Switch is failed and waiting for replacement, following service will not be accessible;

     

    1. EDM
    2. Zone 1 VPS

     

    Our technician is in the middle of replacement and reconfiguration of the new network switch. More update coming soon.
